Chloe is our newest member to Blairmount Kids Learning academy and has started with us in the last 6 months. Chloe is our trainee and is currently studying her certificate 3 in Childrens services. Chloe comes from a big family and has many siblings as well as foster children. Chloe is passionate about learning about Children’s development and how to program according to each child’s needs. Chloe is very down to earth and very approacable.

Haylee is our centres Director, She holds a Bachelor of Early childhood and has been working on the floor and in the office for 9 years. Haylee writes the school readiness program for the children to follow and has a strong passion for school readiness and education. Haylee mentors all staff with programming and planning and Drives the team to provide the absolute best quality care in NSW

Leanne is one of our biggest personalities and has been entertaining, educating and inspiring children to learn for the past 16 years. Leanne Carries her Diploma in childrens services and ensures that each and every child has all the time in the world from her. Leanne is very passionate with planning and programming for children and loves bringing in objects from her farm to help encourage the children to learn about different aspects of the natural environment such as plants, branches, animals/ creatures and beehives. Leanne is very approachable, and has a fantastic sense of humour.

Stacey Has been in childcare for 9 years. She is super down to earth and has a lot of experience with early childhood since completing her traineeship, certificate 3 and diploma on the floor while working in childcare from a young age . Stacey is firm, passionate and very approachable and loves to learn new ways of educating children. Stacey s kind and nurturing and currently on Maternity leave and will return in approximately July 2017.g

Effie is an educator in the 2.5-5 year old room. Her soft nurturing personality makes her such a loveable nature within the Team. Miss Effie holds her Certificate 3 in childcare and has 15 years’ experience. Effie’s caring nature means that she is very passionate about her work and provides the much needed cuddles when needed and educational experiences throughout the day.

Sam is one of our centres Trainee’s. This is her first year in childcare and she is the assistant in the babies’ room. Sam has a deep passion for childcare and education and enjoys planning educationaly based activities so the children get the most education from their day. Sam Has a laid back personality and is bubbly ad enthusiastic with the children, staff and families. Sam will continue studying after she completes her certificate 3 as she would like to learn more.

Erin is our easy going and down to earth cook. Erin enjoys creating nutritionally balanced menus and meals for the children Erin has had 4 years’ experience in early childhood as a cook and always thinks about creativity when designing a menu. Erin has the Ability to use Munch and move, the NSW dietary guidelines and get up and grow in order to great the best menu that children enjoy while providing delicious options for children with particular dietary requirements and allergies. Erin enjoys sitting and chatting to the children about the foods while they eat lunch such as where the ingredients are from and how she made the meals.

Emily has held her diploma of children’s services for 3 years and is the room leader in the Babies room (0 – 2.5 years) Emily has been trained in asthma and Anaphylaxis and has a bubbly and cheerful personality. Emily is a passionate educator who is very approachable, creative and has a love of education.

Adele Carries her Diploma of children’s services and is the room leader in the 2.5-5year old room. Adele has worked in childcare for 15 years and is trained in first aid and asthma and anaphylaxis. Adele carries her child protection training and is a passionate member of our Blairmount Kids team. Adele is a motivated and creative member and loves to create out of the box opportunities for children. With her easy going, positive, friendly and fun attitude Adele is an amazing asset to our team and the babies’ room.
